Just some more Chemical goodness for you

When I was driving once, I saw this painted on a bridge. No, wait. I saw it in a greeting card and it cracked me up.

Okay Smarty Pants... I've spent the past 30 minutes trying to figure out what the heck this means... With the help of wikipedia, I've mananged to chase down some free radicals and generated a bit of water... but I still don't get the joke. And my head hurts. I'm going to bed.

An enamine is an organic compound that contains C=C-N complex, which is what has been depicted inside the red circle thingy. Basically it's just a dumb joke about not needing enamines as entire chemical family. If you google "enamines" you should get some good results. Sorry for the confusion.

Yeah, it's relatively easy to figure out what an enamine is with a google search. What I couldn't figure out was who the "friends" were. Am I over thinking this? Maybe I'll drop down to the earlier post and have a cup of java...
